If the applicant deposits the above said amount, the respondent bank is directed to hand over the property documents to Ms. Archana Kachawa alias Archana Rajawat against the acknowledgment as being co-borrower, she is entitled for right of subrogation. It is made clear that if this amount is not paid, the respondent bank will be at liberty to proceed.

If the amount is paid and respondent accepts the same, all litigations shall be withdrawn without further delay.
