| nrb - 17 | Ld. Advocate for the Respondent submits that the Applicant’s account has been regularised and that the Bank is not going to further take any measures under the SARFAESI Act. Applicant in person submits that he will continue to maintain the account’s regularity. In view of the submissions made above, nothing survives in the present S.A. and hence S.A. No.70 of 2025 stands disposed of accordingly with liberty to the Applicant to file afresh subject to limitation in case of new action under the SARFAESI Act. Sd/- P.O. DRT-II |
