praying for withdrawal of the main S.A. The application is
supported by Affidavit of the applicant Sri Samir Biswas During
the pendency of the S.A. the matter has been settled with the
Respondent Bank and the Respondent Bank is not going to
continue with the anstant proceeding and has issued a 'No Dues
Certificate'. Since this is an amicable settlement between the
parties and the Applicant intends to withdraw the main S.A., no
prejudice witl be caused if the I.A. is allowed, Accordingly, the
instant LA. is allowed and stands disposed of as withdrawn and
settled amicably. t.A. 3524 of 2025 being the put up petition as
also dasposed of.
S.A. No. 590 of 2022 along all other pending l,A.s, if any,
is disposed of as withdrawn.
File be consigned to Record Room after observing all formalitres.
