In this matter, Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is ready and willing to settle the matter for an amount of Rs. 14.00 Lac in two installments.
Counsel for the respondent bank is present during the hearing of this matter along with Mrs. Neha Kumawat, Authorized Officer of the Bank.
This Tribunal is of the view, if the applicant wants to settle the matter, then he is at liberty to do so. SA applicant is directed to deposit an amount of Rs. 7.00 Lac by 15.02.2025 and another installment of Rs. 7.00 Lac by 25.03.2025, failing which Respondent FI will be at liberty to proceed ahead as per law.
With these directions, SA stands disposed off, all pending IAs also stands disposed off, if any.
Copy of the order be given free to the concerned parties.
