During the pendency of the S.A, the mafter has been setUed
with the Respondent Bank and the Respondent Bank is not
going to contihue with the instant proceeding and has issued a
'No Dues Certificate,. Since this is an amacable setUement
between the parties and the Applicant intends to withdraw the
main S.A., no prejudice will be caused if the I.A. is allowed
without inviting response from other side. Accordingly, the
ihstant I.A, is allowed and stands disposed of being dismissed
as withdrawn as setfled amicably.
S.A. No.567 of 2023 atong with a other pending I.A.s, if
any, is disposed of as withdrawn.
