Present: Mr. Munish Bharadwaj, Counsel for the Applicant. Mr. Gaurav Thakur, Counsel for respondent bank.
Mr. Thakur, states that the bank had already taken the possession. However, applicant has trespassed into the property and bank has filed complaint with the S.S.P. Counsel for the applicant states that he does not want to pursue the present SA at this stage. He further states that in case, applicant is so advised he may file fresh proceedings. Accordingly, SA is hereby dismissed as withdrawn.
File be consigned to record room after due compliance.
