Counsel for the respondent bank submits that this Securitization Application has become infractuous as the measures which they have made has already lapsed and no auction had taken place. Further, the OTS given by the applicant for Rs. 7.00 Lac is not acceptable and if the applicant gives an OTS for Rs. 20.00 Lac and plus, the same can be considered.
Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant can deposit Rs. 15.00 Lac. Let the applicant approach the respondent bank.
