The counsel for the applicant is not appeared in the matter and has also not appeared on 20.04.2024 nor any proof of deposit has been filed. According to respondent bank the sale conducted on 01.01.2024 has attained finality, sale certificate is registered, possession has been handed over and no action has been challenged.
According to counsel for the respondent bank the account have been closed by waiving of Rs. 17.60 Lac to the applicant, therefore, this Securitization Application stands disposed of as nothing survive.
