supported by Affidavit of the applrcant Sri Subrata Dutta. Duflng
the pendency of the S.A. the matter has been setfled with the
Respondent Bank and the Respondent Eank is not going to
contanue with the instant proceeding. Since this is an amicable
settlement between the parties and the Applicant intends to
withdraw the main S.A., no prejudice will be caused if the I.A. is
allowed without inviting response from other side. Accordingly,
the instant I.A. is allowed and stands disposed of as withdrawn
and settled arnicably. lA/2540/25 being the put up petition is
also disposed of.
S.A. No.449 ol 2022 along with all other pending I.A.s, ifany,
is disposed of as withdrawn.
