In this matter, settlement has been arrived between the parties and letter will be issued by Monday. The matter has been settled for an amount of Rs. 3,23,54,094/- out of which Rs. 50.00 Lac will be deposited by today itself. Balance payment schedule is as under:-
I Installment: Rs. 10.00 Lac to be paid on or before 17.12.2025 II Installment: Rs. 10.00 Lac to be paid on or before 20.01.2026 III Installment: Rs. 15.00 Lac to be paid on or before 20.02.2026 IV Installment: Rs. 15.00 Lac to be paid on or before 20.03.2026 V Installment: Rs. 15.00 Lac to be paid on or before 20.04.2026 Balance payment: Rs. 2,08,54,094/- to be paid till 25.05.2026
In view of the above settlement, this SA stands disposed of. The applicant is at liberty to bring prospective buyer to the respondent and if they agrees for the same, they may enter into a tripartite agreement.
