In this matter, the counsel for the applicant submits that they have no concern with the property which is mortgaged with the respondent FI as the same has been mortgaged by Sohan Lal Bairwa and they have nothing to do with any transaction with Sohan Lal Bairwa, they have purchased the property of Mohan Lal Bairwa and therefore they have also filed a Civil Suit before Civil Court.
In view of the above, this SA stands disposed off, all pending IAs also stands disposed off, if any.
