In this matter, compliance of the order of Hon’ble High Court has not been made. Despite that every time the time is being sought to delay. Because of non-compliance of the orders of the Hon’ble High Court, the Tribunal deemed it fit to dismiss the Securitization Application.
Because once an undertaking is given before the Hon’ble High, it should have been complied with. Hence, it shows that applicant is not interested in clearing the liability, therefore, the bank is to continue with their securitization actions.
In view of the above, this Securitization Application stands dismissed.
