During the course of arguments, Both Ld. Advocates for the parties’ states that there is a possibility for an amicable settlement in the matter according to which Ld. Advocate for the Applicants filed affidavit-cum- undertaking (exhibit-9) whereby he deposited Rs.4 lakhs today itself and undertakes to deposit Rs.3.50 lakhs on or before 18.08.2025 and further undertakes to make payment and clear entire outstanding on or before 25.09.2025 and also undertakes not to create any third party rights of the subject property.
