Application No.114/2024 before the DRT, Aurangabad alongwith Interlocutory Application No.592/2024 and this Interlocutory Application was disposed of by the Tribunal vide Order dated 30.03.2024 and as per this order dated 30.03.2024, the applicants handed over Demand Draft of Rs.3,00,000/- (Rupees Three Lacs only) to the respondents with One Time Settlement proposal.
