of Rs.01 Lac, the remaining amount of EMD was sent from the account of my husband and it was debited in his account at 3.38 PM; that however, the amount was credited in the account of LIC housing Finance much later after 5.00 PM i.e., much beyond the given time for submission of the EMD i.e., 3.00 PM; that the intimation of deposit was sent at 5.54 PM through email; that on the date of auction, as instructed by Sh. Rahul Verma, in order to get the refund of the money we should be the lowest bidders and therefore told us to give one bid; that applicant gave one bid by increasing by Rs. 25,000/-, however, no other bidder was visible online and applicant became doubtful and felt trapped; that therefore, immediately applicant asked Sh. Rahul Verma to provide copy of the Legal Search Report now and Sh. Rahul Verma asked us to talk to Mr. Naveen Sinha; that when applicant contacted Mr. Naveen Sinha, he informed that he was going to Delhi and was busy and therefore could not send the documents; that he further informed that applicant was the highest bidder as no other bid was made in respect of the property; that therefore, applicant felt that we have been trapped and cheated by the bank and forced and tricked to give bid in the property; that the property as we felt was not worth the amount of Rs.1,06,40,000/-; that when Mr. Naveen Sinha refused to give details, we asked Sh. Rahul Verma to give any address in Patiala so that we could discuss the issue; that Sh. Rahul Verma give us one address but applicant along with her husband could not locate the said address though we struggled for more than 2 hours; that again on 26.06.2024 applicant called Sh. Rahul Verma and requested him to send the documents of the property then he sent 1st page of the Legal Search Report prepared on 30.01.2018 and informed that he was in the meeting; that applicant requested to sent complete Latest Search Report of the property; that applicant along with her husband visited Sector 22, Chandigarh office of respondent No.1 and Mr. Naveen Sinha was not available and was in Delhi for review meeting, therefore, applicant e-mailed her doubts/queries to Mr. Naveen Sinha and also physically delivered letter; that applicant again called Mr. Naveen
