valid' when the Applicants are contending that late Sri M. prabhakar Reddy was mentalry unsound person and he did not know the nature of documents executed by him, the burden heavily lies on the Applicants to prove the same. The Applicants, in order to establish that Sri late prabhakar Reddy was mentally unsound person, have filed certain medical prescriptions, medical test reports, invoices etc., issued by Asha Jyothi Rehabilitation centre. A perusar of the said documents makes clear that late Sri M. prabhakar Reddy was having some memory disturbance and irritability. In the said documents, nowhere it is mentioned that late sri M. prabhakar Reddy was mentally unsound person. In fact, sri M. prabhakar Reddy and his lamily members executed the Deveropment Agreement in favour of M/s' Ariens Developers pvt. Ltd., for deveropment of the property. simply because Sri M. prabhakar Reddy took treatment from a Psychiatrist, it cannot be said that sri M. prabhakar Reddy was mentally unsound person. So, there is no materiar placed by the Applicants for estabrishing that Sri M. prabhakar Reddy was having unsound mind and so the documents, including sale deed in respect of the schedure property, executed by him, are not legal and binding on the Applicants.
