It is submitted that as per the demandnotice dated13.09.2023issued by therespondent- F.I.Thenoticewasissuedforanamountof Rs.16,62,026.60/- and in compliance ofthis Tribunals order the applicant hasdeposited Rs.14.50lacs on25.06.2025.Itisfurther submittedthat theapplicantwants to deposit the remaining amount of demandnotice dated 13.09.2023 along with simple rateof interest and requested for considerationthe samesympathetically. The respondent-.F'L.D s not agreed. Needless tosg-y thatgNKlpt of thei-moun; theaccountwillberegularizedandthe respondent-F.I. shall have claim#regarding the rest amount as well as the expenditure incurredinthe recovery proceeding.
