respondent No.1 Bank has settled the loan account by
depositing settlement amount with the respondent bank. In
view of the settlement between the respondent No.2
/borrower and respondent No. 1 bank, the said SA
No.213/2025 is disposed of on 22/4/2025 by this Tribunal.
