Present: Mr. Devender Kumar, counsel for applicant. Ms. Usha Singh, counselfor respondent FI.

The^present SA has been filed by the S.applicant^{for release} the movable items/ documents/ household articles^{from the} propefties.

The Ld. The Ld. Counsel of the respondent FI has submitted that she has no objection, if the present SA may be allowed.

Heard of both the parties and perused the record.

In light of the submissions made by the Ld. Counsel of S.applicant and submission made by the Ld. Counsel of respondent FI, that respondent FI has no objection, therefore, the prayer of the S.applicant stands allowed and SA No.2612O25 is disposed of with the direction that the respondent FI is directed to release the movable items/ document/ household articles belonging to the tenants of the applicant from the above mentioned subject proprieties.
