rA no.138/ 2o2s has been filed by the applicant and respendent bank for withdrawal of the present SA.
The Ld. counsels for the appricant and respondent bank submits that during the pendenry of the sA proceedings, the sA applicants approached the respondent bank for settlement of all its outstanding dues and accordingly the competent authority of , the respondent bank accorded sanction of compromispisettlement of Rs. 4.OZ Crores. The said sanction was dulf accepted by the sA appticants vide email dated 30.L2.2024. It is further submitted that in terms of the ors sanction letter dated 3o.Lz.zo24, the entire ors amount stood paid by the sA Applicants and there is nothing due and payable. They further submit that they wish t5 withdraw the present SA.
In view of the above submission made by the Ld. counsels for both the parties, IA no.L3$l2025 is allbwed. sAlzslzozz is dismissed as withdrawn.
