dated 01.06.2021 to borrowers and guarantors and the same was sent to the borrower through post on 25.06.2021. Despite of service of Demand Notice, the applicant neither repaid the dues of the Bank nor raised any objection against Demand Notice hence, the respondent Bank issued Possession Notice dated 30.09.2021 uls 13(4) of the act. The possession notice was affixed on secured asset and also served to the applicant through post. The possession notice was also published in 'Prabhat Khabar' and 'Indian Express' on 05.10.2021. Thereafter, the valuation report was obtained by the Bank from its approved value and accordingly, reserve price was fixed and property was put on auction sale vide sale notice dated 15.07.2022 but the same could not be conducted for want of the bidder. Further, the property was again put on auction sale by issuing an auction sale notice dated 24.08.2024 fixing the date of auction sale on 21.09.2023. The said sale notice was served to the applicant through post and also affixed on the secured asset. The sale notice was also published in 'The Indian Express' and 'Dainik Jagran' on 31.08.2023. Accordingly, the property was auctioned on 21.09.2023 to highest bidder Nisha Kumari, Dlo Sri Anil Prasad Gupta for an amount of Rs.69,50,0001-. The auction purchaser deposited the entire amount within time, hence the sale certificate was issued in her favour on 13.10.2023.
