Present: Sh. Satish Jaswal, Counsel for the Applicant. Sh. Vishal Taneja, Counsel for respondent bank (on VC).
In this SA applicant has challenged the possession notice. Applicant had entered into OTS. However, applicant had failed to comply with the terms and conditions of the same. Applicant was again allowed to make the payment by 15th December, 2024. However, payment was not made. Bank has already taken the possession.
In view of this, I am of the considered view that nothing survives in the present SA and the same is hereby dismissed. File be consigned to record room after due compliance.
