The Ld. Counsel for applicant submitted that he has filed 1N274612025 for withdrawal of the matter. It is submitted that the Applicant is the owner of the property i.e. All the paft and parcel of Third Floor with Roof Right, property No. 1580, Bhola Nagar, Kotla Mubarakpur, New Delhi 110003 vide Agreement to Sell dated 06.02.2024 executed in her favour by Respondent No. 2. The applicant is neither a borrower nor theguarantor nor had any liability towards the Respondent Bank and the saidproperty was purchased from the respondent No. 2. It is submitted that aggrieved by the action taken by the Respondent Bank, the applicant has filed the SA. Since the issues raised in the SA are common in nature and hence the applicant seeKpermission to withdraw the present SA.
