In fact, applicants approached the respondent bank vide letter dated 74.06.2022 for re-delivery of the property. Applicants proposed to to clear the outstanding dues in nine months @Rs.g,O0,OOO/_ up to March, Z0Z3 by a letter dated 20.06.2022. However, applicants sought further time by a letter dated 16.01.2023. Respondent bank directed the applicants to clear the dues by 27.02.2023, else face further proceedings.
