During the pendency of the S.A. the matter has been settled
with the Respondent Bank and the Respondent Bank is not
going to continue with the instant proceeding. Since this is an
amicable settlement between the parties and the Applicant
intends to withdraw the main S.A., no prejudice will be caused if
the I.A. is allowed without inviting response from other side.
Accordingly, the instant I.A. is allowed and stands disposed of
as withdrawn and settled amicably. I.A. No. 4580 of 2025 being
the put up petition is also disposed of.
S.A. No, 207 of 2025 along with all other pending LA.s, if any,
is disposed of as withdrawn.
