The conciliation meeting in aforesaid S. A. held today in which both the parties have agreed that account in question has been settled and borrower had deposited One Time Settlement amount of Rs.85.00 lac (Eighty Five Lac Only) and the bank has accepted the amount and had also returned original title deed to the borrower
In the’ light of above, the present Securitization Application is hereby decided in terms of compromise arrived at Lok Adalat.
The minutes of the Conciliation Meeting shall form part of this order.
The said SA stand disposed off accordingly.
