Mr. Grover, states that the respondent has withdrawn the notice under Section 13(4) and consequently the order under Section 14 has been rendered infructuous. He further states that bank would issue fresh notice under Section 13(4). Since, respondent itself has taken a decision to withdraw the notice under Section 13(4), it is hereby ordered that respondent would not claim the expenses in respect of notices under Section 13(4) and Section 14. In view of this, SA has been rendered infructuous and the same stands disposed of .
