Matter is taken through Video Conferencing/ Hybrid Mode. The Ld. Counsel for the applicant submifted that the matter has been seftled between the parties and the overdue amount has been deposited to the respondent FI. It is further submitted that the loan account of the applicant has been regularized. Therefore, he wishes to withdraw the present matter. The Ld. Counsel for respondent bank submitted that he has no objection to the same.
The Ld. Counsel for respondent no.2 & 3/auction purchaser submifted that the matter has been settled and she has received her amount. Therefore, she does not want to proceed further.
In view of the above submissions made by all the parties, SA no.15U2O24 is dismissed as withdrawn along with pending IAs, if any, disposed of accordingly.
Date already fixed on 10.06.2025 before this Tribunal stands cancelled.
