and the Respondent Bank is not going to continue with the
instant proceeding. Since this is an amicable settlement
between the parties and the Applicant intends to withdraw the
main S.A., no prejudice will be caused if the l A is allowed'
Accordingly, the instant I.A. is allowed and stands disposed of
being dismissed as withdrawn as settled amicably
