with the Respondent Bank and the Respondent Bank is not
going to continue wath the instant proceeding. Since this is an
amicable settlement between the parties and the Applicant
intends to withdraw the main S.A., no prejudice will be caused if
the I.A. is allowed without inviting response from other side.
Accordingly, the instant LA. is allowed and stands disposed of
as withdrawn and settled amicably. I.A. 2080 of 2025 being the
put up petataon is also disposed of.
S.A. No. 1019 of 2023 along with all other pending I.A.s, if any,
is dasposed of as withdrawn.
