2' As per the averments in the apprication, the Appricant Bank states that defendant availed personal loan of Rs.23,90,000 /_ on 0g.Ll..2023 and executed personar roan agreement. After avairing the roan facirity, the defendant faired to compry the terms of sanction, hence the appricant bank classified the account as NpA and issued regar notice dated L0.02.2025. Inspite of severar requests and demands, the defendants did not clear the outstanding. Hence this OA.

Defendant called absent and set exparte on 25.09.2025.

4' Sri M. Ravinder, Manager of the Appricant Bank examined himserf as AW'1 and exhibited rerevant documents, which are marked as Ex.A.1 to A.6.

Heard the Ld. Counsel for the Applicant Bank,

The point that arise for consideration is whether the Applicant Bank is

entitled for the claim made in the OA against the Defendant as prayed

Defendant remained exparte. To substantiate the case of the Applicant Bank, AW.1, officiar of the Appricant Bank was examined and he exhibited relevan ments as Ex.A1 to A.6. In view of the f"-x-:

above, I hold k has established their claim made

in the OA hence the Applicant Bank is

entitled to recover the claim made in the OA with future interest and costs.

In the result, the present OA is allowed with costs, as under:

The Defendant is liable to pay to the Applicant Bank a total sum of Rs.23,94,726/(Rupees Twenty Three Lakhs Ninety Four Thousand Seven Hundred and Twenty six only) with current and future interest @ 13.55o/o p.a from 02.03.2025 till the date of realization;

9' The Appricant Bank is arso entired to proceed against the person and properties of defendant towards realization of the debt due.

The Applicant Bank is entiUed to the costs of the OA.

11' The Appricant sha, fire a cost memo within two weeks from the date of receipt of order.
