The learned counsel for the applicant submits that, this O.A. is filed for recovery of loan amount. During the pendency of this matter borrowers have approached at applicant bank under OTS Scheme for settlement, and entire loan accounts are closed by paying amount of OTS. Hence there remains no cause of action, therefore, applicant bank do not want to proceed further, and wants to withdraw the Original Application. The counsel requests for return of the original documents and also refund of the court fees as per rules. Heard. In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the applicant, I pass the following order. ORDER As the account of debts is settled, and nothing remains to be paid, hence the O.A. No. 944/2024 stands disposed of. The original documents, if any filed be returned to the Authorised Officer of the applicant bank as per rules.
