recovery of a sum of Rs. 21,18,613/- ( Rupees Twenty One Lacs, Eighteen Thousand, Six Hundred and Thirteen only), along with future interest from the date of filing of the Original Application, i.e., 26.10.2024, until the date of realization of the entire outstanding dues from the Defendant.

considering the request and financial needs of the Defendant, the Applicant Bank sanctioned Housing loan facility of Rs. 20 lacs vide sanction letter dated 21.10.2022 on certain terms and conditions. The agreed rate of interest for the aforesaid loan facility was @8.75% p.a. with yearly rests. The Defendant also agreed to pay additional interest of @2% by way of liquidated damages in the event of any default in repayment.
