l. Whereas the applicant bank has filed the instant OA in this Tribunal for recovery of a sum of Rs.44,62,51l.35ps together with future interest, costs etc against the defendants. ,OW

Whereas during the pendency of the case before this Tribunal, the defendants have settled the loan account. The applicant bank^{fileda Full} Satisfaction memo to this effect.

J. Now, in terms of the reference made before the Lok Adalat on this 08th Day of March, 2025, the defendants settled the loan account of Rs.21 .,l 8,000/-, hence the Counsel for Applicant prays for withdrawal of the case as there remains nothing to continue the case. In view of the account having been settled, the 0.A.91412022 is disposed as withdrawn. Court fee be refunded as per rules.

Copy of this order be provided to the concerned parties or their representatives.
