1, The Applicant Bank fted the present O.A. betng No. O.A 82 of 2024 on Zg/OLlzO24 fot recovery of a total sum of Rs. 39,03,465,70l_ (Rupees Thlrty-nlne lacs Three Thousand Four Hundred srxty-Frve and pars€ seventy onry) from the Defendants towards cash credit Loan together with lntercst, cost and othe. usual rellefs.

The Defendants a.e served wlth summons. The defendants dld not appear, as there was no representatlon from the defendants, the crse was flxed for ex_parte heartng o n 28/07/2025, and heard ex-parte accordlngly.
