The learned counsel appearing for the applicant bank has filed I.A. No.2829/2025 seeking withdrawal of this O.A. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that, during the pendency of the OA, the borrower has approached applicant bank under OTS Scheme for settlement. That entire loan account is closed by paying amount of OTS, bank has also issued the No-dues certificated dated 18/03/2025, hence there remains no cause of action to pursue the present Original Application. Therefore, applicant bank do not want to proceed further, and wants to withdraw the Original Application. |
