No.811 of 2023. In view of the above submissions and facts of settlement between the parties, the withdrawal of I.A. No.1172 of 2025 is allowed. The O.A. No.811 of 2023 stands disposed of as withdrawn. The Applicant shall be entitled to refund of court fees as per Rules. Pending IAs, if any, stands disposed of. File be consigned to the Record Room after due compliance. |
