The Applicant Bank fired the present oA for the recovery a totar sum of Rs.76,33,323.52ps i.e., a sum of Rs.72,74,076/_ towards Home Loan Alc.No.7470761110 with future interest @9.90olo p.a. and a sum of Rs.3,59,247.52ps towards SARAL Loan A/c.No.747t90663t with future interest @11.90% p.a. from the defendants jointly and severally from the date of application till the date of realization along with costs and in default for sale of OA schedule property.

viz., Exs. A.1 to A.14 marked on behalf of the Applicant Bank clinches the claim of the Appllcant Bank against the Defendants. Hence, I hold that the Defendants are^jointly and severally liable to pay the OA claim to the Applicant Bank with future interest and costs,

In the result, the present Original Applicatlon No.807/2025^is allowed as under:^-
