The Evidence Amdavit coupled wtth the recttals ln the documents vlz., Exhlblts Annexure-A to Exhtblt Annexure-E marked on behalf of the Appllcant Bank, establtshed the clatm of the Appltc.nt Bank .gatnst the Defendants and OA s€hedule prop€rtles. Hence, I hold that the Oefendants are Jotnuy and sever.lly ltable to pay to the Appllcant Bank the clatms made tn the OA wtth tuture tntercst and costs.
