JUDGEMENT

As stated supra, the defendants remained absent and did not turn up to controvert the version of the O.A. of appltcant Bank. The Evtdence Afridavit coupled wath the recitals in the documents vtz., Exhlbits Annexure-A,/1 to Exhtblt Annexure-A,/14 marked on behatf of the appllcant Bank, estabflshed the clatm of the appltcant Bank agatnst the defendants and OA schedule properties. Hence, I hold that the defendants are, Jotnfly and severafly, tiable to pay to the applicant Bank the claims made in the OA with future inte.est and costs.
