Advocate for the Applicant submits that the matter has been amicably settled with the Defendants for a sum of Rs.11,09,000/- and the Applicant bank has no claim with regard to the loan account of the Defendant. In view of the above submissions, the withdrawal of I.A. No.921 of 2025 is allowed. The O.A. No.634 of 2024 stands disposed of as withdrawn.
