Manoj Bhatt, Branch Head of the applicant, who is competent to institute the Original Application vide General Power of attorney dated 07.06.2020, which is Annexure A1 to this OA. 2. The brief facts of the OA are that the defendant no.1 through its proprietor defendant no.2 approached the applicant for the grant of CC Limit of Rs. 10.00 Lacs under CGTMSE vide Loan application dated 04.02.2022, which is Annexure A2 to this OA. Thereafter, defendant no.1 through its proprietor defendant no.2 approached the applicant for enhancement of the limit to Rs. 25.00 Lacs vide application dated 20.10.2023, which is Annexure A16 to this OA. 3. The applicant sanctioned the CC Limit of Rs.10.00 Lacs vide Memorandum dated 18.02.2022, which is Annexure A5 to this OA and Sanction advice and Sanction Letter, both dated 18.02.2022, which are Annexure A6 and A7 to this OA and terms and conditions were duly accepted by the defendants. Terms and conditions of sanction dated 18.02.2022 is Annexure A8 to this OA. Thereafter, the CC Limit was enhanced by the applicant to Rs. 25.00 Lacs vide Memorandum, Sanction Advice and Sanction Letter, all dated 23.10.2023, which are Annexures A17 to A19 to this OA and terms and conditions of sanction dated 23.10.2023, which is Annexure 20 to this OA. 4. Defendant no. 1 through its proprietor defendant nos. 2 had hypothecated stock and book debts, stock of electronic items and home appliances, stock of mobile phones, stock of furniture items, vide Hypothecation Agreements of Goods and Debts dated 18.02.2022 and 23.10.2023, which are Annexure A11 and A23 to this this OA.
