Advocate for the Applicant submits that the matter has been fully and finally settled with the Defendants for a sum of Rs.14,69,497.86 and the Applicant does not wish to proceed with the matter and hence seeks withdrawal of the O.A. In view of the above submissions, I.A. No.2112 of 2025 is allowed and O.A. No.562 of 2025 stands disposed of as withdrawn. The Applicant shall be entitled to refund of court fees as per Rules.
