the Defendants failed and neglected to pay the same. The loan account of the Defendants became irregular and classified as NPA 08.10.2023. Therefore, the applicant Bank issued legal notice to the Defendants through their Advocate on 04.11.2023. Despite service of Notice, the Defendants failed and neglected to repay the outstanding dues of the applicant Bank. Hence, this application is filed.

Fifty Four Paisa Only) along-with future interest at @9% per annum (simple) from the date of filing of the Original Application, i.e., 28.02.2024, till full payment/ realization of the said amount.
(C) The aforesaid adjudicated amount is secured by Hypothecation Agreement in favour of the Applicant Bank vide document Exh.AW-1/3 and Exh. AW-1/4, in list of Documents Exh.5.
