extension of existing house loan on 03/08/18. ln consideration of the sanction of credit facilities the Defendants in addition to execution of loan documents have atso created equitabte mortgage over the immovabte property, i.e., Mouja-Ehartipur, N.B. 130, R.N. MandaI Jabatpur, Diversion Sheet No.-81, Diversion PLot No.-220l5, an area 667 sq.ft., Diversion Ptot No.-22016, an area 501 sq.ft., total area'l 168 sq.ft., out of which an area 584 sq.ft., on which constructed House Nagar Nigam No.-803, 804 Part (Otd), New Part of 147 11, constructed area on Ground Floor 584 and First Floor constructed area 584 sq.ft., Naya Mohatta, Jai Prakash Narayan Ward Otd, New Pandit Bhawani Prasad Tiwari Ward, Tehsil & District-Jabalpur, M.P. The Defendants availed the credit facitities but faited to liquidate the outstanding dues despite issuance of Legal Notice on 29/11/22 by the Applicant Bank. The Appticant-Bank has relied upon the documents at Ex A-1 to A-23 which were proved by Shri Mani Bhushan Roy, Chief Manager.
