In this matter, counsel for the applicant submits that the account stands settled, but counsel for the applicant submits that the property is in possession of them and they written a letter to the Tehsildar to left the charge on the property that is sufficient to show that the bank account stands settled.
In view of the above, this Original application stands disposed of as settled. Registry is directed to refund the Court fees as per rules.
