ORDER BELOW I.A.NO.9747/2025 IN ORIGINAL APPLICATION NO. 46/2025. First Bank Ltd. ..Applicant us l Babanrao Shinde and Anr. ..Respondents vinash M. Reddy - Advocate for the applicant Bank. for the respondents. The learned counsel appearing for the applicant bank has filed I.A. No.9747/2025 seeking withdrawal of this O.A. as during the pendency of the aforesaid proceeding the defendants has settled his accounts of applicant and paid dues to the applicants. The applicant has also issued No Dues Certificate on 24/11/2025 to the defendants. Hence there remains no cause of action, therefore, applicant bank do not want to proceed further, and wants to withdraw the Original Application. The counsel requests for return of the original documents and also refund of the court fees as per rules. Heard. |
