Whereas during the pendency of the case before this Tribunal, the defendants have settled the loan account. The applicant bank filed a Full Satisfaction memo to this effect.

Now, in terms of the reference made before the Lok Adalat on this 14fr Day of June, 2025, the defendants settled the loan account of Rs.24,05,7821-, hence the Counsel for Applicant prays for withdrawal of the case as there remains nothing to continue the case. In view of the account having been settled, the 0A.4012024 is disposed as withdrawn. Court fee be refunded as per rules
