The Applicant Bank has stated that the matter has been settled between the parties and the final total. Settlement Amount of Rs.40,00,000/- has been deposited by the defendants. The application is supported by the Affidavit dated 18/09/2025 of Shri Anand Prakash Mishra presently working as Chief Manager at Assets Recovery Management Branch Punjab National bank Lucknow.
Keeping in view prayer of the Applicant Bank, withdrawal of the case is allowed.
