The learned counsel for the applicant bank filed application for withdrawal and submitted that the matter has been settled and the said accounts are closed in system. Hence applicant bank do not want to proceed further and wants to withdraw the Original Application. 2. The counsel requests for return of the original documents and also refund of the court fees as per rules. 3. Heard. 4. In view of the amicable settlement of loan account, I pass the following order. ORDER A. As the loan accounts are settled amicably and closed, the O.A. No. 33/2022 stands disposed of as withdrawn.
		B. The original documents, if any filed be returned to the Authorised Officer of the applicant bank as per rules.
		C. The Court fees be refunded as per rules and as per the orders passed by the Hon’ble Bombay High Court. D. Consign the file to the Record Room. (Dr. J.R. Chauhan) Presiding Officer Debts Recovery Tribunal, Aurangabad
